1-2-1 Coaching
Working with Sabina in a personal coaching session we develop and tailor meditation practices to suit your individual needs. Making them unique for you. In this way meditation becomes self nourishment, self-exploration, self-knowing and something you will look forward to, enhancing your physical and mental wellbeing.

This will include learning ways to manage:
- Stress, anxiety
- Poor sleep and tiredness
- Low drive and lack of inspiration
And also tools to develop:
- Self awareness, accountability and discernment
- Navigating personal needs
- Self empowerment and sovereignty

Working 1 to 1 with Sabrina gives you the chance to learn how to meditate on your own, in your natural way and develop skills that will serve you for life.
Personal coaching sessions are either online or in person.
Some people prefer the privacy of their own home and feel more at ease in their own space.
Each sessions lasts 1 hour.
You choose how often you come.
